This project sought approval to use and develop a 400 seat Performing Arts Centre (theatre) at the existing Burrinja site in the Upwey region of the Dandenong Ranges. The project has significant public sector funding and generous local support.
Our role involved the coordination, preparation and presentation of the case for the Shire of Yarra Ranges before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Expert evidence was called from the fields of Traffic Engineering, Acoustic Engineering, Landscape Architecture as well as the Executive Officer of Burrinja.
The Tribunal supported the project and directed the grant of a Permit generally in accordance with conditions proposed by the venues operational management plan.

Dự án này tìm sự chấp thuận để sử dụng và phát triển Trung Tâm Nghệ Thuật Biểu Diễn 400 chổ ngồi(nhà hát) tại khu vực Burrinja hiện nay trong vùng Upwey của dãy Dandenong. Dự án được cấp kinh phí từ cơ quan chính quyền và được hỗ trợ rất lớn của địa phương.
Vai trò chính của chúng tôi là phối hợp, chuẩn bị và trình bày dự án cho Shire of Yarra Ranges trước Tòa Án Hành Chính và Dân Dụng Tiểu Bang Victoria.
Nhiều chuyên gia từ các lĩnh vực Kỹ Thuật giao thông, Kỹ thuật âm thanh, Kiến trúc phong cảnh cũng như Cán bộ điều hành Burrinja được mời đến làm chứng.
Tòa án hỗ trợ dự án và chỉ đạo cấp Giấy Phép theo các điều kiện đề xuất trong kế hoạch quản lý hoạt động của tòa án.
