This project involved a contemporary infill residential development. The corner site position lent itself for new buildings to occupy the rear area of the property while maintaining the front garden as private open space for the existing residence.
The architect proposed an innovative design solution picking up on the built form of the nearby commercial precinct of Forest Hill Chase.
Our role was to prepare the application to Council and negotiate through to the grant of a permit. Meetings with key Council stakeholders as well as refinement to the overall design ensured we were able to successfully deliver a permit for this project.
