This site was pocket sized at approximately 180m2 in area. It enjoyed the benefit of being located within the heart of Melbournes Central Business District. hansen worked with Buro Architecture + Interiors to overcome limitations of site size and adjoining heritage buildings, developing a 15 storey mixed use development project for the site.

Our office was responsible for leading the project through the planning process, guiding the building envelope, key planning and associated design considerations from the initial development of the scheme. A planning approval was successfully delivered without the need for review at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
