This project required a combined planning scheme amendment and planning permit application of a former Council car park located to the rear of commercial properties fronting Toorak Rd.
The cost of the development was in excess of $10 million. The building comprised a full line supermarket and multi-level car park. The difficulty for this proposal was to provide the parking demanded by the supermarket as well as reinstating the existing number of spaces within the Council car park.
The land was identified in an earlier Council Structure Plan, however considerable stakeholder consultation was required throughout the planning and panel process. Only minor objections remained at the end of the process.
Our role in this project was to secure planning approval from Boroondara City Council. We also provided expert planning evidence to the Ministerial Appointed Panel.

Lô đất đã được xác định trong Sơ Đồ Cấu Trúc trước đây của Hội Đồng, tuy nhiên, việc tham vấn các bên liên đới cần thực hiện trong quá trình quy họach và hội thảo. Đến cuối giai đọan quy họach vẫn còn một số phản đối bất bình nhỏ.
