3/03/2009 brw triathlon
Recently the following hansen team members, Craig Czarny, Damian Iles, Gary Wissenden, Travis Finlayson, Jaclyn Murdoch, and Ben Dohrmann, competed in the annual BRW Corporate Triathlon which is held in every capital city of Australia.
In the lead up to the event many staff members participated in the weekly running training where staff got to stretch their legs and develop a bit of friendly competitive edge. Everyone enjoyed the training with often a third of the entire office attending!
Come race day it was down to two teams, with the windy conditions and choppy bay conditions there were a few nervous starters. But with the great atmosphere of the day and the chanting of the other team members everyone was enjoying themselves as they progressed through each leg. The teams were practically neck to neck when the results came out, with people already looking forward to the next physical challenge on the horizon!
