hansen has recently been successful in securing a range of new projects across Victoria, including:
Streetscape Improvements in the Warragul Town Centre, for Baw Baw Shire, following on from our previous work in preparing both the Warragul Town Centre Urban Design Framework and the Warragul Town Centre Master Plan;
Birregurra Neighbourhood Character Study, for Colac-Otway Shire;
Planning Scheme Amendment and Technology Park Expansion Master Plan for the University of Ballarat;
Independent aged-living development for Stockland Retirement Living in Melbourne's south-east growth corridor;
Redevelopment of an existing retirement village in Reservoir for Stockland Retirement Living; and
The Port of Echuca Visitor Experience Master Plan in association with JAWS Architects - for the Shire of Campaspe.
