Steve is a Registered Landscape Architect with extensive experience in Victoria and New South Wales in the delivery of a broad array of projects, including public domain urban design, residential landscapes, heritage landscapes, educational institutions, recreational facilities, natural and rehabilitated landscapes, commercial developments and large-scale infrastructure projects. His skills and experience embrace the full spectrum of landscape architecture, from conceptual design to design development, documentation, contract administration, master planning, visual assessment, community consultation and the provision of expert advice to town planning appeals tribunals. Steve is also a sessional panel member with Planning Panels Victoria.
Steve has extensive experience in the management of multi-disciplinary project teams and has managed the design and implementation of a number of major landscape projects, including the University of New South Wales Mall, the Walsh Bay redevelopment, the Sydney Olympic Velodrome, Frankston Waterfront and CAD Urban Renewal projects, Cathedral Range Golf Resort Masterplan and the Gardiner's Creek Masterplan. He is currently managing the preparation of a Strategic Plan for Eastern Park and the Geelong Botanic Gardens.
Steve's international experience includes involvement as the project landscape architect for the Cambridge Forest New Town residential development in Shangai, China, and the Dalat Urban Design Framework and Saigon Golf and Country Club Masterplan projects in Vietnam.

Ông Steve là Kiến trúc sư Cảnh quan có đăng ký với nhiều kinh nghiệm ở bang Victoria và New South Wales thực hiện nhiều lọai dự án khách nhau gồm thiết kế đô thị khu vực công cộng, cảnh quan khu dân cư, cảnh quan di sản, các tổ chức giáo dục, các dự án cơ sở hạ tầng lớn và phát triển thương mại. Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm của ông bao gồm nhiều công việc trong kiến trúc cảnh quan từ thiết kế cơ sở đến phát triển thiết kế, lập hồ sơ, quản lý hợp đồng, quy họach tổng thể, đánh giá trực quan, tham vấn cộng đồngvà đưa ra tư vấn chuyên môn cho các tòa án xét về vấn đề quy hoạcch thị trấn. Ông Steve cũng là một thành viên bán thời gian trong Hội Đồng Quy Hoạch bang Victoria
Steve có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong việc quản lý các nhóm dự án nhiều thành phần và đã quản lý thiết kế và thực hiện một số dự án cảnh quan lớn như khán phòng trường đại học New South Wales, tái thiết vịnh Walsh, sân đua xe đạp thế vận hội Sydney, khu bờ Frankston và các dự án phục hồi các khu trung tâm đô thị, quy họach tổng thể khu sân golf Cathedral Range và quy họach tổng thể Gardiner’s Creek. Ông hiện đang tham gia vào quản lý sọan quy họach chiến lược cho công viên phía Đông và vườn thực vật Geelong.
Kinh nghiệm quốc tế của Steve bao gồm việc tham gia vào làm kiến trúc sư cảnh quan dự án nhà ở Tân Đô Thị Rừng Cambridge (Cambridge Forest New Town) ở Thượng Hải, Trung Quốc và Khung Thiết Kế Đô Thị Đà Lạt, dự án sân golf Sài Gòn và Câu Lạc Bộ Đồng Quê ở Việt Nam
